The A to Z Challenge.

Okay, folks.  This is going to be a short but IMPORTANT post.  I just learned about this very popular blog contest by reading one of the blogs I follow.  For the month of April, if you choose to accept this challenge, you will post something everyday with the exception of Sundays.  That makes 26 posts.  There are 26 letters in the alphabet so your challenge is to write a post based on the corresponding letter to that day.  The topic is limited only by your imagination.  I'm excited about this, and you should be too.  It's a great opportunity to get to know other bloggers and for them to get to know you.  And what does every blogger want?  Exposure, of course.  There are well over 500 people signed up already.

For more information, click here to visit Arlee Bird's blog "Tossing it Out", and sign up if you're interested in participating.  Share the contest with your followers, and who knows, we could hit 1000 participants by the end of the month.

I'm looking forward to reading your blog posts in April, although I enjoy them any time of year.

The A-Z Challenge is a lot of fun. Unfortunately, I stumbled upon it too late last year to participate. And this year? I just decided to cut back to 3 days a week...but I'll cheer all the other A - Zers on!

You'll have a lot of fun with this. I'm participating for the first time this year too. Have most of my posts written in advance too so I can spend time visiting other blogs. Have a great week!

I really wanted to participate, but I was afraid I wouldn't have the time. I am looking forward to reading everyone's posts, though.

Thanks for all the well-wishes. I'm going to give it my best shot. That's a lot of blog writing in one month, and it's writing I'm taking away from my novel, BUT blogging and getting to know other writer's like yourselves is an intrinsic part of the whole process these days, so I know the sacrifice is at no real detriment to the big picture.

I did this A to Z last year and it was such fun, mind you last year there were only 100 entries this year well over 600. I enjoyed reading your post and I wish you every good luck with the blogfest.

So nice to 'meet' you! :)

Lee's challenge is a ton of fun. I'm going to be a cheeleader from the sidelines again this year - I only blog once or twice a week & there's just no way to increase the time :)

In the process of moving so it's impossible to blog more than every few days. Sounds like a good idea, though!

A to Z sounds like fun - although as it draws closer, I'm getting more and more concerned that I won't be able to make it through... but that's the challenge, right? Can't wait to see what everyone comes up with ;-)
Good luck!
